Hey there!
I'm Gabrielle

With a decade studying nutrition and nearly five years as a practicing dietitian in private practice, I help people get to the root cause of their digestive issues with evidence-based, holistic nutrition. In that time, I’ve also built a growing community across online platforms, launched group programs, and created Fiber Five™, my framework for making fiber goals and variety simple for better gut health and overall well-being.
I specialize in supporting people with persistent bloating and digestive issues, including inflammatory bowel disease, IBS, acid reflux and GERD, celiac disease, food sensitivities, allergies, histamine intolerance, gut dysbiosis, constipation, SIBO, autoimmune conditions, and more. Through both my practice and my community, I focus on helping people move away from restriction and confusion and toward balance, confidence, and better digestive health.

My Story
My passion for nutrition goes far back. From a young age I loved trying all kinds of food! My decision to become a dietitian stems back from my own personal struggles with food and my body.
At 18 I decided to live in Italy for a year. I was having a very hard time adjusting to being away from my family & friends, as well as my ease of communication. Overall, it took a toll on my mental health. I felt incapable of managing my personal boundaries & lost my sense of self control. With this lack of control, I decided I was going to control food. It was easily taken too far. I ended up developing an eating disorder (anorexia nervosa) very quickly. While I was able to overcome this, regaining my positive relationship with food took a very long time.
Throughout college I struggled with orthorexia. Although I appeared "healthy", the damaging thoughts I had formed around food and my body stuck with me. All my efforts to be "healthy", or “eat clean”, lead me to begin fearing different food groups, avoiding social outings, and becoming a victim of the misinformation flooding the internet. Innocently I blurred the line between health promoting behaviors and excessive health behaviors.
The more I learned in school, the more passionate I became about healing myself so I could have a positive impact on my patients and clients. I began to relearn how to properly nourish my body so I could confidently help others do the same. And you know what, when you stop listening to diet culture and start living authentically, you realize just how much you are capable of achieving.
Not shortly after healing my own relationship with food, I received my Masters in Nutrition & Dietetics and passed my exam to become a dietitian. I am truly grateful for this experience as is what drove me to become a dietitian. This experience shaped me into who I am today and is reflected in my content and my approach.
Most diets fail because they require unsustainable restrictions. I take a practical approach to nutrition so the people I work with can build lifelong healthy habits encompassing not only their physical health, but their mental & social health. I will work with you one-on-one to develop a plan that’s 100% personalized to your lifestyle, preferences, and tastes. I back that up with evidence-based nutrition, education, counseling, guidance, and monitoring to get you to your goal and stay there for good.
